Las Vegas will get a £ 614 million no-gambling resort with fitness center and spa to switch the on line casino

A new £ 614 million hotel will open in Las Vegas. Instead of casinos and nightclubs, however, guests can expect a spa, fitness, and wellness center.

The Majestic Las Vegas will be a non-gaming, non-smoking hotel with six restaurants, a "medical spa" and a fitness and wellness center.

Guests receive personalized nutrition and fitness plans created by nutritionists and trainers, as well as access to classes such as yoga, spinning, and interval training. Oh, and of course many wellness treatments are offered in the impressive 70,000 m² spa.

The resort also has a five-star hotel with 720 luxurious suites and a large pool complex with 50 cabanas overlooking the Las Vegas Strip.

The hotel promises to offer a "no no noise" experience, although there is live entertainment, for example by the large pool complex or in the main square of the resort near the restaurants.

There will also be "Sky Suites", corporate spaces that companies can rent.

The Majestic isn't the first no-gaming hotel in Las Vegas – but it's unusual for a resort this size in Sin City not to have gaming facilities like a casino.

Even so, it's only two blocks from the Strip, so those looking to explore the nightlife won't have to travel far.

Construction work on the new resort is scheduled to begin this year. The Majestic is expected to open its doors to guests in 2024.

The Majestic isn't the only new hotel opening in Vegas in the coming years. Initially, the hotel on Love Island USA has been converted into the Strip's first adult hotel, while another hotel is due to open with a huge rooftop stadium pool that will make for some epic pool parties.
